Meet Remy

Hi friend. I'm Remy. 

​

I'm an artist, channeler, nature enthusiast, healer, dog lover, plant based foodie and empath.

 

At the age of 12, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and struggled with deep feelings of unworthiness and victimhood through my teens and early 20's. I developed unhealthy and destructive coping habits, a long-running eating disorder, and severe ADHD. In 2016, I was in a deep spiral of drinking, bingeing, drug use, adderall addiction, bulimia and a debilitating gut issue that would eventually lead to a complete overhaul of my diet. My life changed when I picked up The Universe Has Your Back, by Gabrielle Bernstein. This book would single-handedly change the trajectory of my life. I began meditating, diving into spirituality, doing the shadow work, undoing childhood programming, eating plant-based, halting my adderall use, and shifting the limiting beliefs that had kept me feeling small for too long. I decided I wanted more from my life. 

 

I always knew that I wanted to help others and make a positive impact in the world. After 6 years of climbing the corporate ladder in tech sales and hospitality management, (feeling burnt out and defeated) I left my corporate job in 2019 to pursue my deepest passion; becoming a Life Coach. In January 2021, I graduated from The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner. 

 

It is my belief that we are all born whole, and through years of programming and conditioning, we become disassociated from our divine power and true sense of self. It took years to undo my own programming and to heal the deep-seated trauma from my childhood. In doing the inner work, I was finally able to come back to a sense of purpose and wholeness to unlock my divine potential. I showed up for myself day in and day out and committed to finding a better way. You, my love, have an unlimited amount of potential that is waiting to be unleashed. I know what it's like to feel unseen and unheard, and it is my mission to guide soul-driven individuals back to their most aligned, inspired, and authentic selves.
